For the third time, Kao Corporation received that highest ranking for its “DBJ Employees' Health Management Rated Loan Program" by the Development Bank of Japan Inc, marking the company’s consideration for its employees’ health.

To promote health management, the health administration staff of the Kao Group are assigned to each business location and branch office to coordinate with industrial health staff.

The Heath Promotion Management System then collects statistical data through medical interviews, health check-ups, occupations and other methods. This data is also provided to 19 health consultation rooms throughout Japan to help enable plans personalized to each area.
