Givaudan celebrates the 10th anniversary of its entry into the active cosmetic ingredients business and beauty biotechnology in Pomacle, France. Over the past decade, the biotech industrial site in Pomacle is said to have contributed to the remarkable growth and development of the Givaudan Active Beauty business.
Since its acquisition, Givaudan is said to have made significant investments in Pomacle, leveraging the exceptional human skills and capabilities in biotechnology to design, create and produce sustainably new active ingredients for the cosmetic industry, including new hero molecules around hyaluronic acid.
Kick-started with the acquisition of Soliance, Givaudan continued over the last 10 years to expand its cosmetic actives portfolio with the acquisitions of Induchem, Indena (acquisition of the cosmetics business only), Naturex and Alderys.
