P&F travels to the headquarters of Ernesto Ventos in Barcelona, Spain to meet with managing director, Jordi Calonge. An industry expert on raw materials, Calonge discussed the company's its recent involvement with Firmenich, the new story behind ingredients and Ventos’ famous nose. 

“The story [of ingredients] is availability and sustainability. We are now under a big crisis of raw materials, not only naturals but also synthetics. It is because of the capacity of production in the world… There aren’t enough raw materials for everyone.”
