Rare Beauty, the brand created by singer and actress Selena Gomez, announced the upcoming launch of its first fragrance: Rare Eau de Parfum. The brand is also launching four fragrance layering balms to allow users to create a personalized experience.
“I wanted to create a scent that could evolve with the moment,” Gomez wrote in an Instagram post. “Rare Eau de Parfum goes from quiet mornings at home to a night out with my friends and always feels just right.”
Rare Eau de Parfum is made with a vegan formula and was developed to be gentle on sensitive skin, according to the company. Further, the fragrance bottle features an ergonomic design crafted in development with hand therapists, making it more accessible for all users.
“This bottle means a lot to me,” Gomez shared in a separate post. “It was thoughtfully created with accessibility in mind, so it feels just as good in your hand as the fragrance smells.”
In addition to the perfume, Rare Beauty is launching four fragrance layering balms, intended to be worn as a fragrance primer to allow for personalization
Rare Beauty’s Rare Eau de Parfum will be available for purchase at Sephora and on the brand’s website beginning August 7.
