Frutarom Acquires Foote & Jenks

Flavors and fine ingredients company Frutarom Industries has acquired flavors company Foote & Jenks for about $4 million. Foote & Jenks develops, manufactures, and markets flavor extracts for the pharmaceutical, food, and beverages industries. Frutarom has made seven acquisitions this year, and expects its sales to climb to $1 billion.
