Todays's flavor and fragrance industry job market is improving slowly, says David Wilson, principle at RLG Associates. Wilson, who tracks hiring trendsin spans as small as 30–90 days, sas that while there is traction in the market, some areas are hotter than others. Meanwhile, he adds, the industry is hobbled by a lack of mobile candidates, ineffcient hiring processes and a lack of clear generation succession.
