COVID-19 can take a person's sense of smell, but there could be a new solution to help people get their smell back called smell training, per BBC.

BBC sites the International Forum of Allergy & Rhinology Journal, which explains the training. In it, participants sniff four distinctive scents, such as oranges, mint, garlic or coffee, twice a day for several months.

Through this, 90% of people fully recover their sense of smell after six months.
