The book contains a range of recipes that use ingredient combinations, along with textures and other sensory factors, to help those with COVID enjoy food again. It excludes ingredients that most people with COVID may not enjoy such as onions, garlic, meat and eggs.

The book is available for free through a digital download, with a limited number of downloads available.

This is Life Kitchen's second book, following its recipe book for those with cancer.
