Mike Size, who has served as CEO since Keystone Capital Management, L.P.’s 2025 investment partnership with the company, will remain on Penta’s board of directors.
“It is an honor to be chosen to lead Penta,” said Robertson. “I look forward to working with our customers, suppliers, and employees, to drive the next phase of Penta’s growth.”
“It has been a privilege to serve as CEO of Penta,” said Size. “Greg is the right leader to take the company forward. I look forward to supporting him and the team from the Board as we continue to scale the business and serve our customers.”
“We are pleased to appoint Greg as CEO and to have Mike remain on the board,” said Matt DeLong, managing director at Keystone Capital. “Greg’s commercial track record in flavors and fragrances, together with Mike’s continued counsel, will be invaluable as we scale the business and pursue long-term value creation.”
