Flavorchem and Orchidia Fragrances have announced the acquisition of Huber the Nose, a Switzerland-based company with over 50 years of research and development of flavors and fragrance oils.
The acquisition is said to complement Flavorchem and Orchidia’s portfolio and strengthen their global capabilities across the food and beverage, and consumer goods sector.

Huber The Nose was advised by Conexus Capital Advisors, Inc., a specialized strategic advisory firm for the F&F industry to facilitate the acquisition.
