The 2024 World Perfumery Congress (WPC) hosted 1,600+ attendees from around the world at the Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland from June 24-27.

Presented by the American Society of Perfumers (ASP) and produced by Allured Business Media, this year’s theme was Fragrance Forward: Where Global Innovation & Creativity Meets. The three-day conference tasked speakers to discuss key factors driving innovation in fragrance—including global trends across segments, regulatory updates and how the latest strides in technology, with an emphasis on artificial intelligence, are influencing the industry and perfumers’ creativity.

At the year's event, the ASP honored master perfumer John V. Pascale with the Lifetime Achievement Award

We are so thrilled for the overwhelming support from the fragrance sector as the World Perfumery Congress returned to Europe after six long years. It was such an honor to share the stage with key industry leaders to discuss what is new, now and next in scent.

The expo hall was decorated with some of the most elaborative and imaginative booths, inviting attendees to dive in nose first to the latest ingredients, technologies and services the industry has to offer. We hope that our attendees, exhibitors and speakers left the Congress invigorated and inspired to create the next big trend in fragrance.

The location and dates for WPC 2026 will be announced soon–stay tuned!
