The 2024 One Day Symposium (ODS) hosted by the British Society of Perfumers (BSP) marked the event's 40th anniversary. The event was held on April 25, 2024, at Whittlebury Hall Hotel and Spa (Whittlebury, Towcester NN12 8QH).

BSP's ODS welcomed keynote speaker, Nicola Pozzani, an award-winning fragrance creator and educator, to discuss "Fragrance: Bridging Art and Cultures." Throughout his speech, Pozzani introduced his unique fragrance background with a few examples from experiences in both commercial and educational settings. Attendees had the opportunity to smell how fragrance creation can translate perfumery heritage and culture, as well as be an inspirational tool in contemporary art.
