Iberchem's New Fragrance Technology department has debuted VernovaPure, the company's latest biodegradable malodor-neutralizing technology.
VernovaPure is designed for all fragrance applications, such as air care and fabric care, and is said to be effective for a wide range of malodors such as sweat and cigarette odors.
VernovaPure is the next step beyond Iberchem's traditional malodor neutralizing technology NeoPure, said to utilize chemical neutralization to be effective across all applications, against a wide range of malodors. As a result, all new odor-neutralizing fragrances created by Iberchem will utilize this new biodegradable technology.
Iberchem's VernovaPure corresponds to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) standards of Readily Biodegradable, degrading ≥ 60% within 28 days, with further degradation afterward.
Iberchem states that the technology delivers sustainable solutions for wherever there is a malodor. VernovaPure aligns Iberchem further with Croda's Corporate Strategy to deliver growth through innovation and sustainability, proactively contributing to Croda's Commitment to being Land Positive by 2030. VernovaPure is an addition to Iberchem's Green Future Seal increasing the variety of tailor-made fragrance solutions which are in accord with the environment.
