P2 Science (New Haven, Connecticut) has named Kevin Gallagher of Croda as an independent director of the board to support the "scaling up of production from lab to commercial scale and growing sales in the renewable flavor and fragrance ingredients market," according to P2.
P2 Science recently announced partnerships with Bedoukian and Symrise in the F&F space.
Gallagher's career has lasted nearly 40 years, primarily with Croda; currently, he has "global responsibility" for Croda's personal care business. He serves on the American Cleaning Institute board of directors, the Personal Care Products Council board of directors, NJIT Advisory Board, the advisory board for the Fashion Institute of Technology, and the Rutgers Chemistry and Chemical Biology Advisory Board.
