After working at Bell Flavors and Fragrances for 14 years—with the last five leading Bell Mexico—Michael Natale was promoted to managing director of Bell Mexico and vice president LATAM at the Guadalajara, Mexico facility.
The new role will help the company grow its commitment to domestic and global business. Additionally, this position will overlook the company’s operations across all countries in South America, Central America, Caribbean and continued management of Bell Mexico.
“Bell’s strategy on investing and partnering with our key customers in these markets in Latin America has been timely and will pay great dividends as these markets continue to grow,” said Natale. “I’m very excited for this opportunity and working with our Latin America team and customers.”
