Frutarom Names New General Manager for Flavors Europe

Frutarom has appointed Karen Crofts-Hotston as new its new general manager of flavors for Europe, making her responsible for the company’s flavor sales, technology and R&D, as well as site management, for the flavor division in Europe.  She will be based in Wellingborough, UK.

Crofts-Hotston has worked in the F&F industry for more than 30 years, beginning her career at Bush Boake Allen and then moving to IFF. She’s worked in various facets of the industry, including marketing, technical, sales, creative management and business development, and she has worked at both the regional and global levels.

“My aim will be to take Frutarom to the next stage of its successful development and ensure sustainable and organic, yet profitable growth by meeting the demands of today’s markets, consumers and manufacturers,” Crofts-Hotston says. “In today’s challenging markets, we need to understand our customers like never before and everything we do must be of benefit to them.”
