APC Packaging as been acquired by Novvia Group, a global distributor of rigid packaging and life sciences solutions backed by Kelso & Company. The deal marks a strategic expansion move for Novvia into the premium beauty and personal care packaging space, while accelerating APC’s next phase of growth across global markets.

Founded in 2006 in Fort Lauderdale, APC Packaging has built a strong foothold in prestige and indie beauty, working with brands including The Estée Lauder Companies, Clinique, MAC Cosmetics, Origins, Goop, Dr. Brandt and Erno Laszlo. The company is known for its blend of design-led engineering and sustainability-forward innovation, spanning refillable systems, PCR materials, mono-material structures, and customized stock solutions.

Under the new ownership structure, APC will retain its leadership team, with Lisa Lin and Christina Lin continuing to oversee day-to-day operations. The company said the partnership will unlock expanded supply chain capabilities, broader global reach, and deeper technical resources—while preserving its agile, design-driven culture that has made it a go-to partner for both emerging and heritage beauty brands.

“We are extremely excited to partner with Novvia in this next chapter,” said Christina Lin, president of APC Packaging, highlighting opportunities to scale innovation and service capabilities. Founder and CEO Lisa Lin added that the deal strengthens APC’s ability to deliver sustainable packaging solutions at greater scale, while maintaining its customer-centric, collaborative model.

For Novvia, the acquisition further consolidates its position as a diversified packaging platform spanning multiple sectors.

“APC is an excellent company that fits well within our growing consumer segment,” said Novvia CEO Bob Boucher, underscoring ambitions to build a scaled beauty packaging division.
