An established Southern California flavor manufacturer is now hiring for a professional flavor chemist with over 10 years of experience in food and beverage flavor creation, specifically sweet/fruit. The ideal candidate will be able to create and pair flavors based on industry trends. Regulatory knowledge and insight in the US, EU, Asian and/or South American markets are strongly preferred.
