Job Opening: Evolva Director, Sales and Marketing
Location: The position is located in either the U.S. (East Coast) or Europe
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Job Description: To support growth, Evolva is seeking a dynamic person with wide sales experience in the flavor and fragrance industry. This person will play a major role in defining the company’s S&M strategy and approach for years to come. You will be responsible for building key accounts in all sectors, and providing global leadership in the F&F domain. You will be a key member of a commercial team and be responsible for both driving sales and profits and achieving wider company goals. You will be a highly experienced individual capable of acting as our F&F expert, knowing the industry needs, products potential and familiar with competitors inside out. You will act as the internal “F&F go-to-person”, coordinating all S&M aspects of the products (across R&D, scientific affairs, applications development, regulatory, marketing, sales, supply chain, etc.). You will develop offensive marketing strategies and actively implement such strategies by selling primarily into the F&F industry worldwide. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders within Evolva, and with the global distributor/customer network to grow rge F&F business.
