Both certificates ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance of its products and services.
The ISO 9001 standard sets out the criteria for a quality management system. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
The ISO 14001 standard sets out the criteria for an environmental management system, consistent with the organization's environmental policy, the intended outcomes of an environmental management system include:
- enhancement of environmental performance
- fulfillment of compliance obligations
- achievement of environmental objectives
Obtaining these certificates has been possible due to an existing and qualitative operational management system and because the project has been collectively supported. The certification lasts for three years, it is renewable and involves annual audit.
Arnaud Brondel, Albert Vieille, company manager said: “I would like to thank our QHSE manager Margaux Leneveu, but also the process leaders and all the team for their important work. As it is a process of continuous improvement, having these certificates is the beginning of major work aimed to optimize our efficiency and our client satisfaction."
