Iconix International Inc. has announced a global licensing agreement with Revlon Consumer Products LLC to develop and launch the first-ever Salt Life fragrance collection for the apparel brand. Scheduled to debut in 2027, the long-term partnership marks the coastal lifestyle brand's entry into the beauty category, leveraging scent profiles inspired by its ocean-driven identity. The collaboration combines Iconix's expanding lifestyle platform with Revlon's established infrastructure in fragrance creation and global distribution.

This deal represents the second active agreement between Iconix and Revlon, following the recent renewal of the global Ed Hardy fragrance license.

Amber Garrison, president of fragrances at Revlon, noted that the coastal lifestyle narrative resonates strongly with today's consumers, offering a "globally relevant" and "aspirational" portfolio opportunity.

Following the initial fragrance launch, future plans include expansion into personal care and adjacent beauty categories, supported by a multi-channel experiential strategy.

Founded in 2003 and acquired by Iconix in 2024, Salt Life has reportedly more than doubled in size since joining the Iconix portfolio, transitioning from a specialty apparel label into a holistic lifestyle ecosystem.

This strategic entry into the fragrance sector follows Revlon's broader revitalize-and-grow strategy, which also includes recent licensing agreements with major talents like Ice Spice and streetwear brands such as Palm Angels.
