Elle is a scent artist and founder of BlackPerfumers.com, an online platform promoting visibility and support for Black perfumers as an expected presence, rather than an anomaly, in niche and mainstream perfume outlets around the world. Elle’s work is concerned with Black perfumers and STEM education on the youth level, documentation, and connecting Black perfumers at all levels in their careers and industry leaders, with a mission to positively impact equity and diversity within the fragrance industry in new and innovative ways.
