Comax Flavors introduces the "Butter Dish" Flavor Collection

U.S. consumers have an affinity for butter, according to Comax, which is why it has created a “butter dish” flavor collection that can be used in a variety of food and beverage applications.

The flavors, available in several formulations, include Brown Butter, Butter in My Coffee, Nut Butter, Savory Butter and Strawberry Butter.

With portions shrinking dramatically—some consumers reporting a shift from three or four chapatis to one or two, or from multiple bowls of rice to half a bowl—the sensory and nutritional payoff of each bite becomes increasingly important.
