Sensient Flavors & Extracts announced the introduction of “The Pipeline,” a beverage product development hub. This program brings together the expertise of scientists, manufacturing experts, marketing professionals and product developers to improve new beverage product launches.

“Challenges require solutions, not head shakes and shrugs,” said Pat Hanson, general manager of the company’s sweet and beverage business unit. “We recognized a gap in service within the industry and chose to step up to help beverage creators get the support they need to bring new products to market more easily and intentionally to increase their chances of success.”

According to the company’s press release, The Pipeline has a flexible process to tailor to specific customer needs. Customers can use the platform to get strategic guidance for all steps in the beverage launch journey, partner with Scensient experts and gain access to a vetted network of packaging, production, distribution, sales and marketing partners.

“This structured process is ideal for any beverage creator, ranging from startups just getting to know the industry to more experienced product developers, thanks to the highly personalized approach and ability to access the entire spectrum of resources in one place,” the press release states.
