Natural Advantage introduces natural p-Menthen-8-thiol (FEMA# 3700, CAS #71159-90-5). Occurring naturally in grapefruit, this material can be described as powerful, citrus, grapefruit, sulfurous, tropical, herbal and juicy. p-Menthen-8-thiol lends maximum character at sub-ppb levels to mango, peach, blackcurrant, grapefruit and white wines. Possible applications include grapefruit juice, orange juice, passion fruit, mango, peach and other sulfurous top-noted tropical fruits. Recommended use level is 0.001-0.01ppb as consumed. This ingredient is EU and U.S. natural, kosher, vegetarian and non-GMO.
