Ben & Jerry’s Kicks Off 2018 With Truffle Flavors

Ben & Jerry’s ice cream company has revealed its 2018 lineup of ice cream flavors, which include two new non-dairy flavors and a line of truffle-inspired flavors.

Highlighting the lineup of product releases is a line of truffle inspired flavors, which include:

  • Chocolate Shake It: A chocolate malt milkshake ice cream with cookie-covered fudge truffles and marshmallow swirls.
  • Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake: A caramel chocolate ice cream covered with cheesecake truffles and chocolate swirls.
  • Chillin’ the Roast: A cold brew blend of coffee ice cream and chocolate cookie-covered coffee liqueur truffles and fudge swirls.

In addition to these products, Ben & Jerry’s will be adding to its non-dairy brand of ice cream. The flavors will include:

  • Peanut Butter Half Baked: Peanut butter and chocolate with peanut butter cookie dough and fudge brownies bits.
  • Cinnamon Buns: Combines cinnamon and cinnamon bun dough with an added cinnamon streusel swirl.

“As a foodie at home and at work, I’m inspired to come up with creative new combinations like a cold brew coffee-based Ben & Jerry’s flavor,” said Craig Koskiniemi, principal food scientist for Ben & Jerry’s.

Ben & Jerry’s also released pint-size version of its Cherry Garcia, Tonight Dough and Coffee, Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz ice creams.
