The Flavor and Extracts Manufacturers Association (FEMA) will host an Innovation Forum on May 7 at its annual convention which runs from May 4 - 7, 2014 at Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort in Marco Island, FL.
The forum will feature a panel of senior industry professionals who will provide insight on current innovation within the flavor industry as well as technological advancements expected in the future.
The panel includes Hamed Faridi, McCormick & Company; Gerhard Krammer, Symrise, Inc; Chris Thoen, Givaudan; Ron McDermott, Kellogg Company; and Robert Sobel, FONA International Inc.
