Takasago’s Kevin Renskers, Ph.D., has received the Flavor & Extract Manufacturers Association’s (FEMA) Dr. Richard L. Hall Distinguished Service Award.
Created by the FEMA board of governors in 1995, the award recognizes those who have shown “outstanding dedication to the advancement of the flavor industry and to FEMA.”
Renskers, who serves as vice president of corporate safety and regulatory affairs, has been with Takasago for more than 20 years, and has actively participated in many FEMA committees, working groups and task forces. He served on the organization’s board of governors for 12 years, serving as president from May 2015 to May 2016.
