T. Hasegawa USA, Inc. announced that it was presented a proclamation by the City of Cerritos Mayor, Naresh Solanki that is designated to local businesses for the contributions they make to the local economy and community.

In attendance to receive the proclamation was Tom Damiano, CEO, Chris Grayson, VP of operations, Kim Burnett, VP of finance, Mark Webster, VP of sales and Satoshi Koga, director of sweet technology.

Since 1989, T. Hasegawa USA established its U.S. headquarters, R&D and one of its production facilities in Cerritos where they develop custom flavors for food and beverage.

“We are honored to be recognized with a proclamation by the City of Cerritos,” CEO Tom Damiano said. “Cerritos has been an optimal location for our business to manufacturer best-in-class custom flavors for food and beverage companies around the world. We are grateful for the positive impact the city has given to our business through various programs, but, more importantly, we enjoy partnering with the community to give back to non-profit organizations within the city. Our employees have taken upon themselves to provide donations in time and money to various programs that we hope provide a long term effect to the community.”
