UPDATE: Manheimer Acquires AFF

Manheimer Fragrances, a division of Mastertaste (Teterboro, NJ), has acquired Aromatic Fragrances and Flavors International (AFF) (Marietta, GA). Terms of the deal were not disclosed. AFF head Richard Neill will stay on with Manheimer Fragrances as vice president of strategic development. AFF's Marietta site will be integrated into Manheimer's Teterboro headquarters. AFF, founded in 1967, possesses a range of flavor and fragrance expertise, including detergents, dish liquids, hair care, lip balm, toothpaste and candy.
