Connecticut Amends Bill to Ban Flavored E-Cigs and Vapes

The General Assembly’s tax-writing committee amended legislation to prohibit the sale of flavored vaping materials and electronic cigarettes, but not menthol cigarettes in Conetticut, per CtPost.

If this bill passes, Connecticut would join New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Rhode Island in banning flavored vapes, starting Januaray 1, 2022.
