MANE Group’s Year of Growth and Innovation
2024 has marked a year of significant achievements and milestones for MANE. MANE reported sales of €1,945 million, an impressive organic growth of +11.2% vs 2023, on a like-for-like basis. This success is complemented by strategic executive appointments, including new directors for the Americas region, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and ingredients research and production.

On the sustainability front, MANE secured the EcoVadis Platinum award for the fourth consecutive year and achieved certification as a Global Living Wage Employer. The company adopted net-zero climate ambitions as part of the Race to Zero campaign. We have also reaffirmed our commitment to human rights through our Human Rights Policy and our due diligence processes to assess our value chain.
For the second year running, we organized Sustainable Development Month, raising awareness and commitment among all our employees. Samantha Mane joined the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat (CEC), a French business collective for the climate.
The change in group governance was announced: Samantha Mane succeeded her father, Jean Mane, as CEO, becoming the first woman to lead the company, underscoring MANE’s commitment to remaining an independent, family-own and -run business since 1871.
