Solabia has strategically reinforced its global leadership and supply chain resilience by acquiring the botanical actives and in vitro diagnostics (IVD) activities of Seqens. The deal includes a specialized facility in Limoges, France, renowned for advanced botanical extraction and high-end manufacturing capabilities. 

This acquisition allows Solabia to secure a critical raw material supply for its diagnostics division while expanding its portfolio of high-performance, substantiated vegetal actives for the global cosmetic market.
