Lansdowne Chemicals announced that Overlack AG of Germany has purchased the company.
"Lansdowne will bring new expertise to the Overlack group and Overlack will, in turn, bring new ideas, markets and financial support to Lansdowne," said George Watkinson-Yull, retiring chairman.
