Inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asia, Bell Flavors and Fragrances' booth showcased its latest creations at Supply Side West Expo on October 7-9 2015, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The two-day convention hosted more than 2,000 companies sharing their latest flavor creations.
Bell introduced its new trend program, Spark, their latest initiative in introducing flavor trends and market insights to the industry. Exploring spicy, hot, tangy, sweet and umami flavors, Bell pulled flavors from the region's cuisine to create unique ingredient combinations, like a kumquat ginger gummy paired with a Thai basil mint lemonade. The creations are featured in Bell's latest Southeast Asian flavor collection, which include citrus, licorice and savory notes.
