Citrus and Allied Essences Ltd. announced an asset acquisition of the essential oil, extract, and fragrance business segments of Medallion International Corporation.
Founded in 1976, by Michael and Amy Boudjouk, Medallion has supplied flavors, fragrances, essential oils and extracts, to a global customer base.
According to a release, Citrus and Allied has already begun to ship products from Medallion’s Pompton Plains facility, thus freeing up valuable space in Belcamp, Maryland for a planned expansion.
Paula Boudjouk, Medallion’s President, will retain significant management responsibilities and focus on key accounts.
