The Fragrance Foundation France recognized some of the top fragrances of 2010 at this year’s Les Parfums Awards event on May 5. The ceremony took place at Paris’ Grand Hotel Intercontinental, and it honored prestige fragrance houses such as Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel, Balenciaga, Hermes, Lancome, Biotherm Homme, L'Occitane en Provence, Etat Libre d'Orange, and Mane for Womanity by Thierry Mugler, as well as bestowing a special award on Romano Ricci.

The list of winners includes:

  • Best Women's Fragrance: Belle d'Opium for Yves Saint Laurent
  • Best Men's Fragrance: Bleu de Chanel for Chanel
  • Best Packaging–Women's: Balenciaga Paris for Balenciaga
  • Best Packaging–Men's: Voyage d'Hermès for Hermès
  • Best Fragrance Campaign–Women's: Trésor in Love for Lancôme
  • Best Fragrance Campaign–Men's: Force for Biotherm Homme
  • Best Fragrance (distribution direct to consumer): Pivoine for L'Occitane en Provence
  • Specialist's Award: Like This, Tilda Swinton, Etat Libre d'Orange
  • Perfumer's Award: Womanity for Thierry Mugler
  • The Fragrance Foundation France Board Special Award: Romano Ricci for Juliette Has a Gun
