Wixon (St. Francis, Wisconsin) has added AnnMarie Kraszewski as a food technologist. Kraszewski will work on developing new product formulations and supporting customers in the company’s industrial ingredients group, with a focus on snacks. She previously served as a food scientist for Kerry Ingredients & Flavours and received her BS degree in biological science from Marquette University. She also is a member of the Wisconsin section of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT).
