Ungerer & Co. has appointed Steve Raphel and Daniel Grewe to the newly created, shared role of co-president for the company’s fragrances division.
They are responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, growth and leadership of Ungerer’s North American fragrances business unit.
Raphel previously served as president at Fragrance West, Belmay, Inc. and Manheimer Fragrances, and has held both creative perfumery and executive management positions at Felton Worldwide, where he began his career.
Grewe previously held various senior positions in management and sales, serving most recently as vice president of sales for Symrise Fragrances, and as president of Belmay, Inc.
Meanwhile, Ungerer has named Sarah Etzel as marketing director, overseeing all marketing initiatives for the company’s North American fragrances division. Etzel previously held management positions in sales, marketing and business development with CPL Aromas and IFF. She will report directly to Grewe.
Finally, the company has appointed Keri Moliterno as fragrance development manager. Moliterno previously held roles with Agilex Fragrances and Mast Global/Limited Brands.
