Wixon (St. Francis, Wisconsin) has named Nathan Radue as project manager for the company’s protein division.
In this newly-created, incremental position, Radue will lead projects in support of Wixon’s operations, sales, marketing, regulatory, and quality assurance/quality control departments. He will also oversee new product development projects and sales opportunities. Radue will report to Ron Ratz, Wixon’s director of protein development.
Radue most recently worked at Palermo’s Pizza in Milwaukee, serving as project manager – new product development for branded, private label, and foodservice items, as well as supervising packaging development and product commercialization.
