Frutarom’s second-quarter sales rose 29% to $218.1 million, with its largest increase from sales in flavor. Sales in flavor now constitute 71.5% of Frutarom's total sales (compared to 33% in 2000).
By segment, second-quarter flavor revenue rose 25% to $125.1 million. Fine ingredients revenue rose 13% to $42.6 million.
