International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) has named Dirk Lauven a master perfumer, making him IFF’s eighth master perfumer.

The title of master perfumer recognizes Lauven's career achievements, track record of commercial excellence and entrepreneurial contributions to the global perfumery industry.
Lauven is a 30-year industry veteran and joined IFF in 2017 with the acquisition of Fragrance Resources, where he served as CEO Europe and vice president senior perfumer.
