WFFC Appoints Belle Aire Creations Erica Roe as Board Member

Belle Aire Creations has announced the recent appointment of Erica Roe, director of Evaluation, as a board member for Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce, Inc. (WFFC). Roe joined Belle Aire Creations in July 2023 and boasts over a decade of experience in the fragrance industry.

According to Belle Aire Creations, Roe's journey includes a noteworthy tenure as a Scent Design Leader at International Flavors and Fragrances, as well as three years as an Associate Fragrance Development Manager at Agilex Flavors and Fragrances. 

Roe holds a Master of Professional Studies in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management, along with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree from the esteemed Fashion Institute of Technology.
