Belle Aire Creations has announced the promotions of two team members: Jerry Bellak has been tapped to the dual role of chief innovation officer and chief perfumer, and Gustavo Garcia as director of Regulatory Affairs. Jerry Bellak: In his new role as chief perfumer, Bellak will be leading the Analytical and Perfumery teams as well as managing the expansion of the industry's first Perfumer Apprentice Program in the Midwest. Bellak's journey at Belle Aire Creations has not only been marked by his technical mastery of perfumery but also his exemplary leadership skills. With a teacher's heart,  Bellak has played a pivotal role in training and mentoring both the existing BAC Perfumers and the talented perfumer apprentices under his guidance. His commitment to imparting knowledge and fostering growth has left an enduring impact on the team.   

Gustavo Garcia: Garcia's tenure as Regulatory Affairs Manager has been marked by exemplary stewardship, driving continuous improvement within the regulatory department. His strategic enhancements to systems and communication have allowed the department to not only meet but exceed the high demands, both internally and externally. As director of Regulatory Affairs, Garcia will further enhance automation and processes, ensuring Belle Aire Creations stays ahead of current and future regulatory requirements. Additionally, he aims to become a recognized figure in the fragrance industry through active participation in industry associations
