Givaudan has completed its acquisition of French fragrance house Expressions Parfumées.
Expressions Parfumées offers natural fragrance compounds, as well as a NATCO range of perfumes designed to adapt to organic productions. Though terms have not been disclosed, Expressions Parfumées would have represented 62.6 million of incremental sales to Givaudan’s 2017 results (proforma basis). The transaction was funded through existing resources.
