Kilian Paris has released its Sacred Wood scent, featuring sandalwood from Mysore, India.

Sacred Wood offers notes of sandalwood, ambrette seed, absolute, carrot seed oil, tolu, myrrh and copahu balm.
According to Verified Market Research, the sandalwood oil market size was valued at $88 Million in 2020 and is projected to reach $175 million by 2028, growing at a CAGR of 8.9% from 2021 to 2028. The sandalwood fragrance market offers opportunities for innovation. One of which was highlighted by Quintis Sandalwood and the American Society of Perfumers at the World Perfumery Congress for the Sandalwood Reimagined Contest.
The scent pays homage to cedarwood sourced from a protected tree species in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco.
Formulated by perfumer Calice Becker, the scent is part of the Cellars family and comes in a refillable bottle.
