Agilex Fragrances Completes Acquisition of Fragrance West

Firmenich group company Agilex Fragrances has announced the successful completion of the Fragrance West acquisition.

Since 2008, Fragrance West has been a leading body, home and air care perfume house on the West Coast of the U.S, which primarily served small to mid-size markets. After releasing news of the acquisition on June 25, 2018, the companies worked at closing the deal. Per the deal, Fragrance West will be fully integrated into Agilex Fragrances and operate under its brand names. Additionally, the company will maintain Fragrance West’s Los Angeles manufacturing facility, in order to ensure its customer service.
