Mane Creation Receives Accademia del Profumo 2020 Award

Jo Malone London’s Poppy & Barley Cologne, created by Mane perfumer Mathilde Bijaoui, has been awarded “Best Artistic Perfume—Affiliated Brand” (Miglior Profumo Artistico—Marca Affilliata) by the Accademia del Profumo.

The 2020 award ceremony was broadcasted exclusively on the the Accademia del Profumo YouTube channel and Facebook page on the June 30, 2020. The event was presented by Giorgia Surina together with the president of the Accademia del Profumo, Ambra Martone.

This is the second prize obtained by this fragrance. In 2019, Grazia UK Beauty Award selected Poppy & Barley Cologne as “Scent Of The Year For Her.”

The Poppy & Barley Cologne is a floral scent enhanced by rose and violet and topped with blackcurrants. Borrowed from the cereal fields, where grains and flowers mingle, the poppies are cocooned by bran and cotton-soft barley.
