This year, Abelei Flavors' senior flavorist, Judith Michalski passed the blotter to friend and panelist, Cynthia (Cyndie) Lipka to pen Perfumer & Flavorist+'s "Organoleptic Characteristics of Flavor Materials" column. Lipka is a principal flavorist at Bell Flavors & Fragrances. The January column hosted Michalski's swan song as well as her final column as panel moderator.
