Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce (WFFC) will host its 2026 educational seminar, titled "Catalysts for Change: Advancing Tomorrow's F&F Industry Innovators," on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
Organized by the WFFC New Jersey Chapter, the event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights/Meadowlands in New Jersey.
The seminar is designed to provide industry professionals with actionable insights into career growth, entrepreneurship, and brand strategy. Key programming includes:
- Keynote Sessions: Focused on professional growth and career transitions, featuring Suzanne C. Johnson (McCormick & Co., Inc.) and fragrance consultant Mark Knitowski.
- Entrepreneurial & Brand Insights: Mindy Yang (Perfumarie) will discuss brand sustainability, while Jillian Hermanowicz (Vibrant Ingredients) will cover legacy brand transformation.
- Panel Discussions: Two sessions will explore entrepreneurship and the role of mentorship in community building, featuring speakers from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Rutgers University, Agilex Fragrances, and more.
- Networking: A collaborative lunch hosted by NJ Chapter President Natasha Reed and Marie Wright.
Admission is $185 for WFFC members and $200 for non-members and guests.
